Co-Presidents and Owners Griffin and CJ Jagel spent years working alongside and learning from their fathers, Mark and Chris Jagel, who founded Around The Clock in 1989. In 2025, Griffin and CJ purchased the business, while Mark and Chris transitioned into advisory roles on the Board of Directors, continuing to provide guidance backed by decades of dedicated call center experience. CJ and Griffin graduated from UCONN with degrees in Economics and Communications, respectively.


What we are most proud of is our team. The family culture at Around The Clock has led to a level of experience and tenure that is very uncommon in our industry. Our manager Doris, who leads the call center, has been with us since 1997. She worked in the industry for 5 years prior to Around The Clock.
